Returns & Refunds policy
Because Eden Grace Studio is a handmade small business, I handle returns a little differently depending on the type of item.
1. Eligibility for returns (jewellery & small items only)
For non-custom jewellery and small items, you may request a return for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must have been purchased directly from Eden Grace Studio
It must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
It should be returned in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)

with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason.
I’ll reply to confirm whether your item is eligible and provide the return address.
2. Items that cannot be returned
Unless they arrive faulty, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Epoxy tables (custom-made, see section 4)
Custom or personalised pieces (including custom colours, sizes, initials, dates, etc.)
Earrings and earring sets (for hygiene reasons)
Items clearly marked as “non-returnable” or final sale
I also can’t accept returns where the item has been used, worn, damaged, or altered after delivery.
3. Returning goods (jewellery & small items)
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods.
Please use a tracked and, where possible, insured shipping method.
I cannot issue a refund for items that are lost or damaged in return transit.

Once your return is approved, I’ll send you the return instructions and mailing details privately by email.
Please do not send anything back before you’ve received this confirmation.
4. Epoxy tables – no returns
Epoxy tables are handmade, custom pieces created to your chosen size, colours and florals. For this reason, I do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind on any epoxy table.
Please read the table description carefully and ask any questions before placing your order.
If your table arrives with clear transit damage (for example: cracks, major chips, broken legs), you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
The damage
The packaging (including the shipping label)
I’ll help you take this further with the courier and discuss next steps.
5. Refunds
If your return is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days of receiving your item.
Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where I have sent a faulty item.
If the returned item is not in its original condition (for example: signs of wear, damage, strong odour), I may refuse the refund or issue a partial refund at my discretion.
6. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, any approved refund may be issued as a shop credit / gift voucher to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver first, any approved refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
